A Certified Distressed Property Expert® is a real estate professional with specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry, and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, CDPEs are able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today’s market, specifically short sales.
e-PRO® offers the most up-to-date real estate technology training.

What is a e-PRO? The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) developed the e-PRO® certification program to teach members how to effectively use real estate technology to grow their business. e-PRO® offers the most up-to-date real estate technology training.

What is a CHS? (Certified Hafa Specialist)
As a ‘Certified HAFA Specialist’ understand Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) program, and understood the ins and outs GSE and non-GSE HAFA transactions, including details on HAFA process, timelines and documents .
